What is a refurbished product?
A refurbished item is a previously owned product that has been thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure optimal performance and reliability. It is typically backed by a warranty from the seller. Before being sold, refurbished products go through comprehensive quality and functionality checks. The key distinction between refurbished and used items is that refurbished ones are verified to be in good working condition and free from defects, whereas used products may not have been tested and could have issues.

What are the payment options on your website?
We offer a variety of payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Afterpay. Please note that American Express is not accepted.
Can I buy computer parts only from your website?

Can we customize the order by adding more computer parts (RAM, HDD, upgrade CPU)?

What condition will the battery be in?
All batteries are tested during the refurbishment process and include a 90-day warranty.
Do you take bulk orders?

Can I modify my order after the purchase?
Once a purchase is finalized, orders cannot be modified. To make changes, please submit a cancellation request.
Are the products tested before being shipped to customers?
Each unit is thoroughly inspected by our team of skilled technicians before being made available for sale.

What kind of accessories does my product come with?
Laptops come with a power adapter. Desktop systems include a power cord and, where applicable, a USB Wi-Fi adapter. Monitors include a power cord and connection cables if specified in the product description.
Do these products have any major or minor functional defects?
All our products are in excellent working condition unless otherwise noted in the title or description. Optional features, such as touchscreen, Bluetooth, backlit keyboard, or fingerprint reader are not guaranteed unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
A confirmation email will be automatically sent once your order has been submitted and payment is completed.
Can I apply discount code after I place an order?
We're sorry, but discount codes can't be applied after an order is placed. These codes are usually part of time-limited promotions, so be sure to use them before checkout!

How do I know that my refund has been processed?
Once your refund is issued, you'll receive an email notification. It typically takes 7 to 12 business days for the amount to return to your original payment method.
I have returned my product, when will I get my refund?
Once we receive and verify the returned unit, your refund will be processed within 2 to 4 business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as the refund has been issued.
Do you send boxes for returns (repair, exchange or credit)?
We're unable to provide extra boxes for returns. To ensure eligibility for a full refund, please return the unit in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. If the item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, a deduction may apply.
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original and return shipping costs are not covered.
What do I do if I am not happy with the device I ordered?
You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days. If the unit is not defective, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Can I get a replacement instead of refund?
Yes, a replacement may be provided if the product is in stock. Please contact rma@cto-technology.com for assistance. Our process begins with offering a repair service. If the device cannot be repaired, we will issue a replacement.
My order has been cancelled, when will I get my refund?
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive confirmation. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional couple of days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Yes! Just select 'Pick Up' at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email with pickup instructions.
How many days does the product take to ship out?
Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days of ordering. However, some orders may require up to 4 business days or longer to process. In such cases, we will contact you with further details.
When will I get the tracking number?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Can my order be shipped to PO BOX?
We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Box addresses due to the size and value of our packages. High-value items typically require a signature upon delivery.
Is there a charge for shipping?
Yes, we do charge for shipping; however, orders that meet a certain minimum amount may qualify for free shipping, depending on the currently active promotion.
How many attempts will be made to deliver my order?
Only one delivery attempt will be made. If no one is available to sign for the package, a notice will be left with details on when and where it can be picked up.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If visible damage is present, we recommend refusing the shipment upon delivery. If the package is accepted and damage is discovered later, please notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the box and the unit.
Do you have delivery in all places or only in particular locations?
We currently offer delivery across Canada, excluding PO Boxes due to package size and value. To check if a product can be delivered to your location, simply enter your postal code on the final order page.
Can my order be delivered at a particular date and time as per my preference?
We apologize, but this feature is not currently available in our delivery system. Once an order is placed, it will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the specifics of the order.
Are there any priority delivery or shipping options available?
Yes, we offer both standard and expedited shipping at different rates. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.
How does RMA at CTO Technology work?
Our RMA team handles all requests related to repairs, replacements, and refunds. You can reach them at rma@cto-technology.com. If a device cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided in accordance with our policy.
Do the products come with a warranty? If so, how can I claim it?
Yes, all our products come with a warranty. For more details, please refer to our warranty page. To make a claim, you can email us at rma@cto-technology.com.
Will I get a warranty card with the product?
Warranty cards are included with all units shipped from our warehouse. The invoice or order confirmation email can also be used to claim the warranty.
Who should I reach out to if I have any issues with my order?

Can I buy extended warranty?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at the moment for online orders. However, we may introduce it in the future, please stay tuned for updates.
Can I get the services post-warranty period?
Yes, if your warranty has expired, our RMA team will provide a quote for labor and repair services.
Can we pay the difference to exchange the unit for an upgrade while it is in warranty?
Yes, this may be possible. Please contact us at sales@cto-technology.com to discuss further.
Can I pay for the repairs for the unit that is now out of warranty?
Yes, if your warranty has expired, our RMA team will provide a quote for labor and repair services.
Can you send a technician to repair my computer?
We don't offer that option at the moment, but feel free to contact our customer service team to discuss your concern. They'll provide you with an RMA number so you can send your device in for repair.
