How to Apply for RMA

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedures:

    1. Send an email to rma@cto-technology.com with information including Part Number, Purchased Date, Purchased from, Serial Number and Defective Reason with the subject line "RMA Request – [Company Name or Your Name]"
    2. We will process your request and assign an RMA number within 48 business hours.
    3. Ship the item in its original condition with the RMA number indicated on the shipping label or written on the box.
    4. We will notify you when the RMA service is complete.

IMPORTANT:

    1. All returns need RMA approval. An unknown package with no RMA# will be rejected.
    2. Return will be refused if there is severe physical damage or different serial number then what we had on file with the approval of RMA.
