Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges Policy
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition (i.e., no signs of use), including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation number) is required for all returns.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase; for OUTLET items, returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. After 30 days only warranty service is available.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Consumables (e.g., ink cartridges, software licenses)
- Personal hygiene products (e.g., headphones, earbuds)
- Service, shipping, and installation fees
- Custom-configured or personalized items
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product (DOA), please report it within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance. Email rma@cto-technology.com with your order number, serial number, and photo evidence of the damage or defect.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email rma@cto-technology.com and advise your order number and serial number to obtain a RMA number first.
In-Store Returns
You may visit our physical location with the item and RMA number assigned.
Mail-In Returns
We also accept returns by mail. Please note that for buyer’s remorse, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued after we receive, inspect, and process the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
