  • Coverage
    We provide warranty coverage for any defects in the products you purchase from us. This includes issues affecting functionality and usability under normal usage conditions. Our commitment ensures that you receive reliable and high-quality items backed by dependable support.

    What We Will Do
    If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will:

    Repair the item to restore its functionality.
    Replace the item with the same or equivalent product.
    Refund the order if the issue cannot be resolved through repair or replacement.


    Exclusions
    Please be aware that our warranty does not cover:

    -Issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as viruses or malware.
    -Compatibility issues with third-party software or hardware.
    -Normal wear and tear or physical damage.
    -The warranty sticker has been removed, tampered with, or altered by the customer.


    How to Obtain Warranty Service
    Please fill out the RMA request form. Our RMA team will guide you through the process within 2 business days.

    Limitation of Liability

    Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective digital item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

  • International Service Policy

    Any product purchased outside of Canada is not covered by CTO TECHNOLOGY’s warranty. The product may be covered by a warranty applicable in the country of purchase.
    If repair service is requested outside of Canada, it will be considered Out-of-Warranty and, if the product is deemed repairable, will be repaired at customer’s own expense.
